 KEY DATES AND TIMES

  • Entry Forms together with payment of 20p per entry must be placed at the Stable Shop by 12 noon on Friday 2nd September
  • All entries must be presented for staging by11.00 am on the show day and may not be removed before 5.00 pm
  • Judging will take place between 11.00 am and 3.00 pm
  • All entries may be viewed between 3.00 pm and 5.00 pm
  • Trophies & special prizes will be presented at 4.30 pm including a “Best in Show Prize” for the exhibitor with the most points
  • Items entered in the show will be auctioned off at 5.00 pm unless agreed otherwise with the show organisers.

ENTRY FEES FOR ALL CLASSES

Adults 20p per entry (maximum of one entry per class) Children (Under 16) free entry (maximum of one entry per class)

RULES

Every entry must be the bone-fide property of the exhibitor and be grown, made or produced by the exhibitor. This rule will be strictly enforced and exhibitors infringing this rule will be disqualified.  The decision of the Committee and the judge will be final as to merit.  Competitors must bring their own vases, plates etc. for staging their own exhibits
